Our ‘’Chair Yoga and Mindfulness classes’’ is a specially designed set of live virtual wellness sessions for
the elderly. i.e 55 years and above. We aim to provide them with simple, easy to do but effective sessions
to build their holistic wellness. The sessions will undoubtedly increase their happiness quotient and make
them feel relaxed and calm by using yoga & deep relaxation techniques which also helps them recover from
their ongoing health issues.

Chair yoga is a gentle form of yoga that can be done while sitting. This yoga improves their
flexibility, concentration and strength, while boosting their mood, reducing stress and joint strain.
Laughter yoga is a cardiovascular exercise and acts as a healing agent to bust out the stress and negative emotions. Thef session will consist of various types of laughter therapies, and breathwork.
Sound healing will help them in unlocking a new multidimensional version of themselves with profound results, as well as immersing themselves in sound and sonic vibrations allowing them to relax & be in the present moment.
Here they will experience the power of various advanced breathing techniques, to stay centred and calm, process unpleasant emotions effectively and crack the secret towards developing higher self-awareness

months, I've been practising online chair yoga for 25-30 minutes, 4-5 days a week, and I've seen

The sessions will be available in both English and Hindi language.
All the sessions will be done live, and you will be provided with the recordings as well.
Anyone who is above age of 55 can attend the sessions. Your parents, loved elder ones, aunts and uncles. Everyone is welcomed
